Josh was checking out the Google satellite view of his office and noticed that they were in the process of moving their work trailer when the photo was taken.
Which meant that it was August 26-28, 2011.
Which meant that we were on our annual trip on Camano Island.
Which means...here we are! (If you click on the pictures they get bigger)
Here is a close up of the Beach Cabin where we stay. You can see Josh's car out front with the box on it and my car out back with the sun roof. There are four chairs out front where we enjoyed our morning coffee.
This is a close up of us on the beach. You can't tell who is who, but those are definitely our shadows lined up in those beach chairs. It is kind of a muddle, so I circled the beach chairs, and one of us who was either throwing rocks (Josh) or throwing a ball for the dogs (Tony).
Last but not least. One of the best parts of the Camano trip is the Crab. Here is our rowboat out hunting for the crab. Johnny rowed for most of the weekend so he is probably the one steering, not sure who else is in it (probably Belle or me), but it is definitely part of our crew.
I really wish that the "Enhance" feature was available to us non-tv-crime-show folks. My excitement about finding us on the Google Satellite view may be disproportionate to what it actually is...but this is us...FROM SPACE!!
Where were you that weekend?
Here is the link to the map if you want to play around with it, or type in your address and find where you were.
